- Product Introduction
Cylinders are used to store Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) also known as cooking gas. As the name suggests, it is used for cooking, however, it is also used for home heaters, refrigerators, air conditioners and lighting, like the one that supplies gas to our power generating companies.
Unlike petrol, LPG is not poisonous. It doesn't pollute the environment, it is clean burning, it doesn't leave black stains at the back of your cooking pots. Save you the hassle of scrubbing the back of your cooking pots as it is the case when you use Kerosene stove or firewood to cook. LPG makes it possible for you to experience fast and convenient cooking and it is a good way to get your meals cooked, as it is very fast compared to firewood and Kerosene.
Cylinders come in various sizes such as 3kg, 6kg, 12kg, 25kg & 50kg respectively, you can find any of these sizes depending on your family size and budget. The smaller ones are used domestically for cooking, baking, and frying, while the larger ones are used at an industrial level. They can be used in providing energy to industrial and agricultural facilities, public facilities, hotels and restaurants, recreational centres and catering units.
If you want to order an LPG cylinder, the size you choose will be dependent on your level of use. The most commonly used is the 6 and 12.5kg size which is mostly used by the family.
Why the cylinders in our factory a little expensive? Some details for your reference as following.
1. Re-inspection of incoming materials
The manufacture of liquefied gas cylinders is to implement the GB5842-2006 standard. The standard stipulates that the main material of the cylinder must be re-inspected and re-examined before being used. Chemical composition test according to furnace number, mechanical performance test by batch number

The materials for the cylinder body is HP steel mainly provided by the first class steel factories in China.
2. Better inner quality. We have one more airtight inspection than other manufacturers to ensure that the 100% of the cylinders are not leaking before leave our factory.
3. Better external quality. Plastic powder as the surface protective coating. Wear-resistant, impact resistant and long service life time. Some other manufacturers choose oil paint and it is easy to fall off.
4. Our powder is the first international brand, Akzo Nobel, and the powder has a service life of more than 10 years.
5. During the whole production process, there are 2 airtight inspection in total. One inspection is before the powder cured and another one inspection is after the powder cured. Water pressure test is also added, so the product quality is absolutely guaranteed.
6. The production is strictly in accordance with the standard requirements and the manufacturing process procedures. The most critical of the cylinder products is the welding and the heat treat process. Our welding and heat treatment processes can ensure that the hydraulic blasting and mechanical properties meet the standard requirements. In some small companies, heat treatment simply does not meet the requirement.
7. Our factory has been in this area about 30 years already and most of our colleagues and workers have worked in our factory over 10 years, they are skillful and very professional.
